Hi Adventure Girl and Oregontribal.....I love the view from my front porch and feel blessed to have it.........=)

I know what you mean about some people staying home and not driving when it snows.......some folks just scare the jeepers out of me with their "snow" driving.....80 mph on dry roads or slick....go figure!!

Brrrr! I grew up driving in snow and when I moved to Western Oregon I was amazed at how crazy people are driving in the snow and ice when we happen to get a bit. Crazy and very scary.

Ok, now I'm trying to figure out where you live.

It's beautiful there.

We live in the Central Mountains of New Mexico. We got our first snow about a week ago. And now we are enjoying a lovely Indian Summer...at least until the real snow arrives. gah!
