Hooray...It's Friday

I have had a very busy week at work! Yesterday I spent the day with 280 third graders at the USDA/Nevada Farm Bureau, Ag in the Classroom event. It was an outstanding experience! I will post photos of the event this weekend. For now...I will leave you with the following quote:

"I'm not afraid of storms, for I'm learning to sail my ship."

I'm not afraid of storms either...but that many 3rd graders would send me screaming into the night...

I'm afraid of 3rd graders! VERY AFRAID! Especially screaming ones! (I teach 3rd grade!) It was windy here today and they were...extremely hyper!

3rd graders....280 of them you say??
Whew! I say bring on the storm...even if I'm still learning how to sail.
It's got to be easier than corraling and entertaining 3rd graders for an entire day!

I think you need some wine..and a long relaxing weekend girlfriend!
I give you permission to sleep in on Saturday morning. :D
