Wordfull Wednesday.....This Is Me

" This Is Me"
Do I really know who I am?
I am so many things to so many people.
I'm a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife.
I'm the keeper of secrets, a friend for life.
I'm a thinker, a doer, a listener too......
I'm a soother, caregiver, lover of pets.
I'm a buffer, a calmer, a beacon of light,
a voice of wisdom, at times a complete mess.
I'm a washer of dishes, a changer of beds,
a doer of laundry and a soother of dreads.
I'm an oracle of wisdom to some in my life,
I'm easy going and love to live life.........
I'm a traveler..........a traveler in life......
I find that I'm constantly changing and growing in life,
So when asked the question........"who am I,".......Well
I'm simply a traveler.........a traveler in Life.
May you all enjoy your journey as you are Travelin' Through life.
If you get a chance, please go down to my audio player and listen to the song, Travelin' Thru. It is one of my very favorite songs.......Dolly Parton sings the original song.....But I really like the version Jason Castro sings.

Wonderful poem.....I'm afraid I've never heard the song, though. It states just what life is like.....daily tasks and our touching those around us. Very nice.

I love this. I actually had heard Dolly sing this but had forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder.
