Sliver of Moon

When I went out to the coop yesterday evening to do chores, I noticed a jet with contrails in the sky and the moon.

I went back in the house for my phone so I could take a picture. 

By the time I got back outside, the jet had moved on, but the sun had set just enough to leave a nice evening light.

The moon was but a sliver in the sky.
