Last Sunday the husband and I went for a bike ride.
My doctor said I needed more exercise.
Not for weight loss, but for weight gain and to improve my stamina and mood!
I'm tall, thin and well...frankly, flat out of shape and rather bitchy these days!
What I need is to hole up in a den and pretend I'm a bear for the rest of the winter!
So, I'm embracing that advice and getting more exercise!
The weather has been in the mid 40's here, which is nice for this time of year.
So we took advantage of the nice day on Sunday and rode three miles!
That was up a mile from our ride on Friday afternoon.
The sky was a pretty shade of blue!
Gotta look for the positives while embracing this new habit.
Probably the only reason I even noticed the sky was that I kept looking up and praying to God that I didn't die right there on the spot!
The blue sky, wispy clouds and the golden colors of winter made it hard not to enjoy the ride!
Even if I was huffing and puffing like a windbag!

LOL...I thought riding a bike was suppose to help you lose weight. Did I lose something in the translation. Happy Riding....
